Releasing Pulse Word: Seeds

A seed comes from death
Something dies
Seeds scatter
And render worthless
Rotting and useless
You'll never miss a thing if you keep looking around you.
Until nurtured
Fed
Watered
And patiently cared for
Then death springs forth
Into life
Newness
As it is
With seeds
In my life

Open Up

Unaware
I’m clenched, I’m closed
Suffocate
What hurts the most

Hardened heart
Preserve, protect
Reveals the
opposite effect

In closing up
Pushing away
Leaves no room
To seize the day

Like a flower
In the spring
Petals tight
Protecting

Life is only
Lived, expressed
With petals spread
With openness

So spread your hands
And welcome in
Overflowing
To the brim

Release fear
From corners dark
Show yourself
Play your part

For no one else
Is made like you
uniquely crafted
Designed to
carry out
A life like this
With plans and purpose
Not to miss

Trust the journey
And author of
A life of meaning
Hope and love
